| HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? First we request a USD $99.00 down payment, and then the final payment upon complete satisfaction of the final Logo design. Multiple orders may receive a discount rate. Please see the packages on the home page for detailed informations. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS WITH LOGO--DESIGN.COM? After submitting your order you can select between payment methods. We accept Paypal and most major credit cards./Mc, Visa, Amex/The $99.00 down payment is required to start on your order. PAYPAL is an elegant system for making and receiving secure, instantaneous payments through Internet e-mail. And it's free. PAYPAL is a third party, e-mail and web based secured payment method. The remaining ammount will be charged by the same payment method upon your complete satisfaction and acceptance of the final approved design. We will change the logos until you state that you are satisfied! Once we have received the final payment, your files will be sent to you by e-mail (unless otherwise specified) in JPG, GIF, TIFF, TGA, CGM, PCT, PSD, PCX, BMP, IMG, MAC, PNG. FLASH or QUICKTIME formats. Other vectorized formats are also available at NO extra charge! (You can enlarge a vectorized format as much as you want without loosing ANY quality of your image). WHAT DOES THIS PRICE INCLUDE? The USD $99.00 down payment includes a minimum of 3 (three) logo designs, completed in under 3 business days. Out of the 3 original designs, you should select the one is closest to your taste and need and we will make the necessary changes to completely satisfy your order. If for any reason you don’t like the first set of designs we will be happy to send you another set of three without further charges. Anyhow, we will work on your order until you are completely satisfied.  HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY FINISHED LOGO? You can receive your final logo design via e-mail, or you can have it shipped to you on CD. We can also e-mail your Logo directly to your print shop. I'M FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. IS THIS A PROBLEM? Absolutely not. We are in the sunny California, and the majority of our customers are from the U.S.A. We also receive quite a number of orders from other European and Asian countries as well. There should be no problem at all. CAN YOU DELIVER MY NEW LOGO DESIGN ON A CD? You can request your new logo design to be sent on a CD to your address. We do not charge for copying your Logo onto a CD, but we will charge for the mailing expenses, according to your shipment service request. The additional costs are always discussed with you via e-mail, before we ship your new Logo design. WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT OF THE LOGO DESIGN? You fully own the copyright! You can register your Logo at the USPTO. We can also place the registered mark or the TM mark on your logo if requested. DO YOU KEEP THE LOGO DESIGN ON YOUR BACKUP SYSTEM IF I LOST AND NEED MY LOGO? Yes we do. We backup our work every day on CD-s and DVD-s. If you require another copy of your Logo design, please do not hesitate to email us at customerservice@logo--design.com. REFUND POLICY If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts and revisions provided by Logo--design.com, you may request a refund. We will refund the total payment by company cheque, less administrative and processing fees. Once you've requested the second revisions for any of the initial concepts, you shall forfeit the right to the refund. |
